Jane read ‘Race to Doncaster’ issued by a local dementia group and ‘The Milkman’ by Lorraine Richardson and Joy Bullivant - these were both given to her by the widow of a member that had been to the local dementia meetings - i cannot link those but here is a link to poetry from the Alzheimer’s Society

Nancy read ‘Love Song, 31st July’ by Richard Osmond and ‘A boat beneath a sunny sky’ by Lewis Carol and ‘Over hill, over dale’ by Shakespeare all of these can be found here

Christine read ‘I opened a Book’ Julia Donaldson and ‘Gods Masterpiece’ by Elizabeth Grant Mortimer from this book

Ralph read ‘She is Gone’ by David Harkins and ‘Forgetfulness’ by Billy Collins

Carol read ‘Morning Song’ by Sylvia Plath

Lynn read ‘Adlsetrop’ by Edward Thomas and this can be found here

As usual our discussions were wide ranging. We chatted about the form and analysis of some of the poems and we allowed the themes to take us on a number of intellectual journeys.
