This is a group for people who would like to complete Cryptic Crosswords - perhaps you have never tried - perhaps you have had a go and can get a few clues but then give in - maybe you can get more answers but you are not even sure why some of them work.

We work together to understand clue types and to solve beginner crosswords - we hope to become intermediate solvers and maybe even experts in the future.

In the long run we hope to start creating crosswords to share in the group.
