This is suitable for everyone. It is an undemanding type of dancing for beginners (nothing to do with jumping about on Swords - that is Highland Dancing!).

We dance in groups (sets) - so no need to come with a partner - all welcome. It's good exercise, and good for the brain too. No special clothing needed, although flat shoes are a good idea.

We dance every Friday - if you are nervous about joining please message Geoff so that he can include some guidance for your first visit.
